At House of 10:10, each order is prepared with care and intention. We want you to feel truly aligned with your purchase — but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Unhappy with your order?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at [your email]. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and with care.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

This allows us to file claims with carriers and ensure a swift resolution.

Intuitively selected goods

Some of our offerings — such as crystals chosen intuitively for you — are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Each piece is selected with purpose, and its uniqueness is part of its magic.

Eligibility for returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to be eligible for a return.

  • Return requests outside of the 48-hour window may not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Due to the nature of our ritual tools and apothecary items, we cannot accept returns on used products, opened sprays, or burned cleansing tools (sage, palo santo, etc.)
