Reiki - Distance Healing

A reset for your energy, without you having to go anywhere.

Sometimes you can feel that something is off. You're tired, but sleep isn't fixing it. You're carrying emotions you can't quite put your finger on. You feel stuck, heavy or disconnected from yourself. Or maybe you simply know you need to pause, reset and give yourself a bit of energetic TLC.

That's where Reiki can help.

And no, you don't even need to lie on a treatment bed for it to happen.

Distance Reiki works remotely, allowing me to hold the healing space for you wherever you are.

So, what actually happens?

Once you've booked your session, I'll connect with your energy and begin your Reiki healing remotely. 

I'll work intuitively with your energy, tuning into your chakras and looking at where things may feel blocked, depleted or out of balance.

From there, I'll work with the Reiki energy to support the clearing, balancing and restoration of your energy.

And I never know exactly what a session is going to bring. Your healing may highlight particular areas of your life that are asking for attention. You may experience an emotional or energetic release. You may feel lighter, calmer or more grounded afterwards.

And sometimes your Spirit Team will step in too, bringing additional support or guidance during the session. Whatever comes through, I work with what your energy is showing me in that moment.

Think of Reiki as creating space for your system to release what it's ready to release, restore what needs restoring and bring you back towards balance.

Sometimes that might feel deeply relaxing. Sometimes you might notice emotions coming up. Sometimes you'll feel absolutely nothing during the session and then notice a shift afterwards.

There is no right or wrong way to experience it.

What happens after your session?

Once I've completed your healing, I'll send you a personalised prayer to use afterwards.

Find somewhere quiet, take a few minutes for yourself, read the prayer slowly and allow yourself to consciously receive and accept the energy of the healing.

You don't need to do anything complicated or hold an elaborate ritual. Just a few quiet minutes to yourself and an openness to receive.

A powerful energetic reset, from the comfort of your own home. You don't need to wait until you're completely burnt out to receive support. Sometimes the most useful thing you can do is simply stop, breathe and allow yourself to receive.

Healings are held within 72 hours of booking, and an email to confirm with integration guidance shall follow once completed.
